It looks like scissors, it feels like scissors but it handles nothing like it! Our Kitchen Shears are strong and versatile. They’re a multi-purpose trooper made for the rough and tough jobs: cleaning fish, cutting bones, shredding greens, cracking nuts, snipping bread and opening tins and bottles. Mind you, it’s been known to be a cap lifter, a screw driver and an unwanted bit lopper too. Awfully handy. Yet it can also trim with grace. And in much less time than it takes to say “spatchcock”. Told you it was nothing like scissors.
